Please remember that we pre-purchase our produce.

If you would like to hold or make any changes in your delivery container items, we require ONE WEEK NOTICE.

If you need to cancel service altogether, we require TWO WEEKS NOTICE.

Our cancellation policy is such that if you need to cancel your delivery without giving the two week's notice, you will be billed for your delivery.

We realize that emergencies do come up, so you have a few options...We will deliver your produce to someone else, for example a family member, friend, etc., that is on our regular route. Or we will deliver to the following charities, in your name:

  • Arizona Women's Shelter
  • The Ronald McDonald House

You will be sent a receipt by the particular charity. If there is a charity that you prefer, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
